The repercussions of the school massacre in Erfurt Germany continue. In a report by Reuters it was reported that the German government wants to set up a blacklist of violent videogames in the hopes of banning them from distribution. German Family Minister Christine Bergmann said the blacklist proposed comes as one of the many responses to the shooting after it was reported that Robert Steinhaeuser, the killer, owned many violent videos and videogames.
The proposed reforms are part of a stance on protecting minors from harmful elements. The reforms include banning the sale of tobacco to children under 16 and the modification of cigarette machines so only those with a chip could access them. The reforms, including the blacklist, are expected to be passed on July 12th by Germany’s upper house of parliament.

taht makes about as much sense as banning krispy kreme donuts because its the prefered food of murderers sheeesh.... makes me glad that lieberman and gore arent in power and able to copycat this idiocy from germany.
