Sizing Up Browsers

If you're a web designer like me, you have had to deal with countless headaches and sleepless nights trying to come in terms with browser incompatibilities. This is one of the biggest banes to a web designer's existence.

Well, I just found this pretty useful reference from WebMonkey that tries to offer some insight on how to overcome this virtual "scourge". Here's a taste:

Unfortunately, the browser makers have been naughty, so the rules aren't simple. Each Web browser has its own playing field with its own quirks. If we don't get to know every one of these playing fields, then our pages might very well look crappy in some browser.

The purpose of this quick reference is to collect everything you need to know about the spatial aspects of the major browsers.
