Episode 1 was "alright" (ie, a great campaign and story but not anything mind-blowing either, on par with SC's orignal single player).
Episode 2 picked me up slammed me into the wall and proceeded to beat me in with awe.
and 3 is going to be better than 2..
If you haven't gotten them yet, do so now, You don't know what you're missing, and when I'm the one telling you that something is extremely good, you'd be wise to listen, since it's something I seldom do la!!

From what it sounds like, Gerb, the third part will have totally new units (1 per race). As for parts 1 and 2, I think it's the storyline and campaigns that make it great.
I gotta go try it out, but 100MB is a lot to download for my thin-band connection. ;P
