Startup Programs in Win2K

Still a little wet-behind-the-ears in Win2K, and I don't know what Win2K's equivalent of "msconfig" is. I have the Quicken Billminder launching at startup, and I wanna get rid of it. How do I do that?
It isn't in the Startup folder in Start -> Programs, either...

That's one of the few things I don't like about Windows 2000. If you have some W2K compatible utilities like Nortons or Nuts and Bolts, they work good.
The only other way involves removing them from startup in the registry directly. Which isn't too difficult.
Goto this path from regedit: My Computer -> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Software -> Microsoft -> Windows -> CurrentVersion -> Run.
From the list, right-click on whichever entries you want removed and select delete.

Laggy: There are actually two program files folders, and corresponding startup folder.
The second one is installdrive:\Documents and Settings\Login Name\Start Menu\Program Files

Or perhaps your program is in the first, which is at
installdrive:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Program Files
