It seems I've been banned from BNet play. I can neither get access to, nor create any character. I was not using any hacks. I was not being in any way offensive... WTF
plz help

Well there support does not generally work on weekends, and this past week Wed through Thur was the E3 convention, where they are working with a skeleton crew. Normaly I would say it takes from 1 to 3 workdays, however this week it may take a bit longer. They do have to investigate your claim. So it depends how many claims they have to investigate before they get to yours

As it turns out I wasn't banned, there was a glitch in USEast (go figure). Can we still be friends Sonia?

Of course! And so much for free speech, huh? What a great rumor to start. koreans buying B-Net? Hmm, when you think about it, it could happen, but it will probably be the Japanese, lol.
