question about Microsoft Word 200 (I think that is the version)

say if you have a basic backround letter head already printed out on some blank paper.

EG: your companies logo up the top,
and your copyright details on the bottom.
say if the stuff in the example is already printed on the paper light a watermark (not sure if that is the word)

then for the word document you are writing on here is what we ar after.

I / we want the watermark/images and stuff on the blank paper on the word document on the computer.

So the watemark on the paper we are using will be permanetly on the (say template.doc) then we type words on that document where the image will be a template so we know where to put the words/information.

Then we want to be able to print the information
(EG: just the words that we have typed - not the water mark as that is already on the blank piece of paper)

hmm hope that is enough of an explenation for you?

thanks

Nope. Any watermarks added to the document will print. There isn't any way to turn that off unless you delete the watermark.

So, in your template, use margins appropriate for your logo'd paper.
