Network folder Access denied?

I have a home network set up through a router! One computer can access files from the other but the other one keeps getting denied (User does not have permission) Is this a NTFS thing because it was working fine ubtil I Formatted with NTFS?

You did not say what os, but if the folder is NT/2k/XP, you need to set up the share and permissions on the computer with the folder, I bet.

(I presume you can see the computer in Network Neighborhood.)

They are both running XP Pro! Where do I find permissions?
