Checkit, Nvidia and Help Please

I have a custom dual P3(1Ghz) with 1G of Ram, running W2Kpro with an Nvidia Geoforce 2 (32MB).
I have had the 'traditional/cliche' crashes for a long time. I have been tolerant, but am running out of blood pressure medicine.
Everything I have seen here and on other sites have finally convinced me the problem is my system can't handle Nvidia. (Even SQL Server 7.0 and Access blow up.)
Before going out for $X00 of new video card, I bought Checkit Portable to run hardware diagnostics. Mys system failed two of the tests (but the NVIDIA passed ).
Anyway, can anyone tell me what or if failing the Checkit Jump In and second Sound Blaster DSP tests mean? Is my problem really my RAM and/or sound card?
Thanks?

Jump In Test:
This test fills the entire memory first with zero's and then alternatley jumps from the middle section of memory to the begining or end of ram. At each jump memory is tested for ones and then is filled with zeros. The pattern is inverted and then sequence is repeated.
Sound Blaster DSP tests mean? Ref: http://www.tssc.de/download/docs/Ch...0User%20Manual.

Try updating the drivers, if you haven't done so already then this could be a problem. http://www.nvidia.com/view.asp?PAGE=windows2000

Aries: All drivers are current. Actually, the DS FAQ page says to drop back a dozen or so levels, which I have not done.
Tweaker: I have the docs, but could not find what failure meant. Bad Chip, Bad Mojo? Tongue in wrong cheek? (It passed the Jump Out test but not the Jump In and passed the first of two SB DSP tests.) I just want(ed) to know how much to worry.
Anyway, update: For the heck of it, I went into the BIOS setup (Award Bios) and hit the F7 Optimize Page key that involved Video Ram (after reading about 64MB appertures, etc.) It changed one of the settings (I am at work, so can't check which one) from 2 to 3. On reboot, it suggested the 2 setting, but I then played DS for 3 hours without a failure.
Stay tuned, we will see what happens. I may get to save some money.

If anyone is fascinated, three sessions of about 3 hours each. No failure.
I guess I get to save the money.
