Video Memory Sharing (I/O Issues)

SYSTEM SPECS

Processor - AMD Athlon XP 1390MHz (L1 cache: 128.0 Kb, L2 cache: 256.0 Kb) Ext.clock: 66MHz
Memory - 512 Mb (523 760 Kb) DIMM1: 512 Mb(3DRAM)
Video Card - NVIDIA GeForce4 Ti 4600 (128.0 Mb): 1024 x 768 - True Color (32 bit)
Sound Card - Microsoft Kernel DRM Audio Descrambler (thats what MVPcinfo says, but i really have SoundBlaster Live! Value)
Operating System - Windows XP Professional U.S. English 5.1 (build 2600)

ok heres the problem, whenever i go into a game, or a 3d graphics program of any sort, my system freezes. so when I go Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Information
Under Hardware Resources>Conflicts/Sharing... I get these messages

if you can decipher that, or tell me how to get rid of the conflicts please help me out, i know this is the reason my computer is freezing, please help... thank you for your time...

Does the mobo you are using have intergrated video onboard? If it does, disable it.

That's perfectly normal, because your videocard uses those resources.

You didn't list your motherboard make, but I gathered it uses a SiS chipset. Download the latest drivers for your board somewhere in here. (Make sure you get both the IDE and AGP drivers.)
Next, go here for the latest drivers for your nVidia GeForce 4.
If you still have a problem, post back.

thanks i found out the problem, with my system being as powerful as it is, and upgrading everything but the power supply itself, i was running at 250W.... but with what i have, especially my video card i needed a 400W power supply, thanks for the help guys

It's not conflicting, it is sharing. There is a difference. And seeing as a new PS solved the problem, you'll notice that those shared resources are STILL listed.
