Adobe Acrobat shortcut in Word XP

How do I place an icon on my toolbar (In MS Word XP) that will convert a word document to PDF when clicked? A user I'm working with had herself setup like that in the past but somehow lost it and doesn't know how to get it back. Now she has to manually click file, print, and select the adobe distiller as the printer. She told me the shortcut icon she had on the toolbar had the little adobe ensignia on it. Any info appreciated.
