UATA 100 vs 133

I've read mixed comments about UATA 100 and 133.

Here are some quotes off newegg customers (who may or may not know what they are talking about):

"I recomend you to run HD in ATA U100 mode (3.5%) since ATA133 uses 53% of CPU. The drive is fast. I tested with Sandra2002 and this drive is almost (80%) as fast as RAID 0 ATA U66. My WinXP got so much boost in performance that I never had so smooth experience."

"In reply to the previous comment, the ATA133 isn't going to help at all! No IDE hard drive today will go over 50 mb/sec! no where near 133 mb/sec!"

I just bought the drive they're talking about (Maxtor Quiet 80GB 7200RPM), and don't know whether I should run it (and my current IBM for that matter) at 100 or 133. (And where would I set those? BIOS, right?)

You'll only really notice the difference in performance if you put the ATA133's in a RAID array... but if you benchmark them one on one, there is almost no difference...
