What online games does nintendo have coming out? Ive only heard about PSO.

PSO is only the first instance, and from what I have read at gamecube.com, it seems like it's being used as a public test case.
They're claming that they won't charge royalties to any developers who profit off the online functionality of their game (profit meaning, money made due to people actually being online, not due to sales of the game), so they're trying to establish a system that is relatively low-risk to developers. This is an attempt to lure them into the concept, and if it is successful, we can expect many more titles using the online system.
I like this better than Microsoft's system. With XBox Live (at least what I understood), you would be able to pay a monthly fee to play all the games. That doesn't offer developers individual incentie to develop their games specifically for the online system. Nintendo's does, if PSO is successful, granted.
Anyhoo. That was a long winded way of saying that PSO is the only thing right now. It's a test, it seems.

Basically, it comes down to two different online philosophy's. Microsoft's philosophy is that players want to pay for a highly supported (and mandated) online experience and they are going to charge you for it.
Nintendo feels that the market isn't big enough for that, and thus is not putting a lot of support behind it. They are just giving the bare-bones and letting the developers do the rest.
Who is right? I really don't know, but I don't think either of them are wrong.
