It's obscure because not many people like to use it ... I thought about integrating it into the forum layout, but I dunno if that will prompt people to use it, either...

It's much more convenient for people to use topazchat and goto the open tech support channel. At least that's what i'm guessing since no one used the chatroom here..hehe
Anyway, there's always someone in the OTS channel on bnet, so you never get lonely chat syndrome. Even if half of them are loons.

heh, the chatroom doesnt work  the really good one was the first one, but that was killed because there were a couple people that couldnt use it. i think weve all given up.

I liked the Java one, The new IRC one is too spiffy to bother with since b.net works fine.
