Anyone who's fooled with the color panel knows that the following colors are available for text on these boards: skyblue, royalblue, blue, darkblue, orange, orangered, crimson, red, firebrick, darkred, green, limegreen, seagreen, deeppink, tomato, coral, purple, indigo, burlywood, sandybrown, sienna, chocolate, teal, silver..
But, with a little trial and error, I came up with the following that work as well:
sandy brown
violet
darkviolet
deepviolet
deep pink
pink
greenyellow
maroon
redorange
gold
yellowgreen
yellow
royal blue
sky blue
lightblue
Ones that DON'T work:
light blue
dark blue
orange red
red orange
fire brick
dark red
lime green
sea green
dark violet
deep violet
If anyone finds anymore, let me know. I can't find a definitive listing anywhere!

::edit:: well, it's either stuff like this, or I jump on a proxy server and watch all the perverts in the military surf the web for bizarre things.. you gotta do SOMETHING to keep entertained when all the hackers take a break for the weekend!

For those who know HTML and/or familiar with the RGB/HEX codes for colors, you can use them in conjunction with the tags ... for example, #FFFFCC can be translated as color=FFFFCC, or a color like this one ... or maybe #56E956, which can be used like this

This ones better Shal. It has names for the colors.
Some of those color names are just plain silly though.

You tried a color called fire brick? Like everyone allready said, you must have been bored

Well, one of the "normal" colors you can use in the VB control panel is "firebrick." I noticed that putting a space between the words made a difference like the difference between skyblue and sky blue. SO, I thought maybe firebrick and fire brick would be different slightly different too -- but nope, it doesn't quite work like that.

And hell yeah, I'm bored. My buddy and I declared this weekend "no lights on in office nightmare on elm street 1 through 7 fest." So far, 2 and 4 have been awful.
