Policies? I dunno. No porn. No discriminating pictures. No obscene or gross images - even if it's part of a joke. No pictures of you in the shower. You know what I mean http://www.opentechsupport.net/forums/smile.gif
As for technical requirements, each registered member is allowed a maximum of 6 images total, no more than 300kb each.
To upload images, just click on the "Upload your files" link beside the attachment field. The "View/Delete files" beside that link is pretty self-explanatory http://www.opentechsupport.net/forums/smile.gif
