Posted by: AngstMerchant

Are they one of those pooper sites that won't let you link to them to keep bandwidth down??

Posted by: Canis Lupus

They might be now ... otherwise, it's probably the BMP file extension that cannot be embedded correctly unless it's recently cached ...

Anyway, I'm probably blind or sumthin, but who's the guy on the left?

You should die for comparing those two you know.

Posted by: Shalome

Wow.. the points on the heads are remarkably similar.

Yeah, I know. No one should have to suffer being compared to a self-absorbed over-bearing jackass like that.

Poor Dr. Evil. . .

Laggy, the boiled potato you see on the left is Billy Corgan, the carcinogenic idol that rode the Smashing Pumpkins into the annals of rock n roll history. He should have jumped in front of a bus after Gish and let something pure and beautiful stay that way.

Sharon Osbourne (wife of Ozzy) was hired to manage the band in October 2000 after the band sacked their previous management, Q-Prime. Sharon has had some experience dealing with difficult people (she managed Ozzy, even when he was unmanageable), but apparently dealing with Billy Corgan is just too much to ask. Osbourne resigned after three months, with a fiery press release: "I must resign due to medical reasons," it pointedly stated. "Billy Corgan is making me sick."

Angst doesn't believe me, but the Siamese Dream album contains some decent material, and I still love the song "Drown" on the soundtrack from the movie Singles.

Well, no wonder I didn't recognize the guy ... I haven't listened or even tried to see Smashing Pumpkins since the mid-90's .... didn't even know he went for the shiny look after that time, lol ...

Smashing Pumpkins was my fav. band in HS. Gish was awesome, but Siamese Dream is by far my favorite. After that album there are 1 or 2 songs from each subsequent album I like. With the exception of Mellon Collie & the Infinite Sadness, but only because it was 2 CDs. I didn't even buy Machina because To Sheila and the pic of D'arcy on the insert of Adore were the only good things about that one.

Oh, I also liked An Ode to Noone from Lost Highway sdtrk.

i wonder if i should shave my head then compair it to all of the others hehe

Posted by: Ion Silverbolt

lol Angst. Fire the "Laazur!"

Isn't that mini-me on the left? That guy needs some sun. Looks like a damn egg with a face and eyes drawn on it..

Posted by: -EG-raynor

cone Heads to me

I assume Billy Corgan has a tight hold on what he wants and allows in his music.

I also assume that Ozzy's wife likes to take control. They would never mix. I don't see why this leaves Billy to blame. What do we know, though...i've never met either.

Fyi, Billy is working on a project called Zwan.

From what I hear from various songs and articles, Senor Corgan has a MASSIVE ego. I sure as hell wouldn't want to work with someone with an ego so big that it is repeatedly bashed in assorted songs.
