Windows 2000/XP + Bnet ?

I installed Windows XP Beta 2462 and got the latest Update from www.windowsupdate.com, but i have the same problem as under windows 2000; i cant play starcraft over bnet. i cant join games, "selected game doesnt answer", and when i create a game all players get kicked in few minutes.
Does anybody know how to solve this problem ?
