Multiple connections to bnet, 1 IP?

I have a Linksys router and would like to have both of my computers able to play on bnet at the same time. I would be willing to buy a second copy of WCIII(for the second LEGAL cd key) for this purpose, but I would like to know if it would work before I shell out the 60 bones.

Anyone's help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I see no reason why it would not work.. But you better wait to get other people's responses before spending 60 bucks.

Thanks for responding. I don't see why it wouldn't work either, but I understand that there are some online games that limit connections by IP. The question is, Is Warcraft one of them?

starcraft was one of them.... and brood war too

I did this at a friends house a couple weeks ago. 3 of us all had our own copies of war3, and we couldn't get the network game to work over the network (even though sc did, wth) so we all went on battle.net to play each other instead, and it worked fine

Great. Thanks. I guess I will give it a try, I just have to save the extra $60 now!
