Bandwidth Speed Tester

Is there something wrong with it? Lately, when I run it, it shows me speed as 300 kbits/sec(running it as I type this I got 168.56 kbits/sec). Other testers still give me the results they always have. Before I used to get 1.3 mbs/sec on this tester.
Whats up with that? Anyone else notice anything strange?

Hmm....This is strange.
I went to that site and ran it from there and got:
1.2 megabits per second
