I bought the Warcraft III Collector's Edition, though if I were to chose one of the other boxes I think I would have picked the Night Elf one.

Night Elf one hands down. All my friends got the Night Elf.
Is the collector's ed all four races? I think it's such a ripoff though... War3 is expensive enough already WITHOUT the extra 20 bucks.
I got my War3 for 43 + tax.
