LCD Monitor Hunt

I'm about to get an LCD monitor as my current is too large for use on my desk at school. I've found several, but I'm trying to see if I can get a better deal, or a better monitor.
Here's the restrictions:
Must be capable of 1280x1024 @ 75 Hz. This is a must.
Price must be under $600.
I've found several in this range that are good, but different people have different places that they know to look. If anyone knows of a good deal that fits that range, let me know. If there are any in this range that has things like S-Video inputs, Audio inputs, or a coaxial input, that would be a definite plus.

I'm pretty sure 1280 x 1024 resolutions only come on LCD monitors that are 17 inch +. They have a pretty heavy price tag.

They do, and I've been looking. That's why I said under $600. I've already found 4 in that range. Just looking for more.

I've shopped around, and found good prices in the low to mid $500s US on that monitor, which is in my price range. The only problem, is that is maxes out at 60Hz refresh.

What does anybody think of this one?

One thing I'm curious about. In a lot of monitor specs, I'm seeing a Vertical x Horizontal (V x H) Sync Rate. I'm not entirely sure what this means, and if it plays in to the maximum refresh rate.
Any help?

Here is a quick heads up.
The August edition of Maximum PC has a 6 page review of large LCD monitors. Worth a look.
