Video Card Choice

I was wondering if any one has a helpfull opinon on my next video card? I'm looking for a "high end card" that will be used for gaming. I also want it to be TV ready. I want to be able to send output to the TV. I also want to be able to watch and record TV on the PC. Before you reply please check out the following link. This is the Video Card that I'm considering.

Looks good.
You won't find an Nvidia based card that feature rich.
