Since so many people post news, pictures, links, crazy stuff, and what not, you get a high volume of links in the general and rants and raves.

I suggest create some sort of links section where you input the link, subject, and the message.

Plus, to prevent repeats, the program would scan the database and if already posted would say:

"hey yo! this link was already posted! You can view the discussion here(link)"

so what exactly was your question? you asked what happened to it - it's there, nothing happened to it, it didn't disappear ... there are just no reviews worth posting yet...
