Overclocking AMD CPU!?

Hi, I would like to know anything about how the CPU overclocking works, what should one do in order to get more from its CPU?
I really don't know anything about this procedure, I would appreciate it if someone could explain me this (if possible in details)
My comp
-MOtherboard: Elitegroup K7VZA ver3.2 133Mhz FSB
-CPU: AMD Athlon 1.0 Ghz
-Memory: SDRAM 512Mb

Sorry, with technical support being the nature of this site, we do not give tips on how to overclock processors, nor will we ever ... overclocking opens up the possibility of problems, and voiding your warranty and shortening your processor's life ...
