Read Ahead Optimization

I cant remember what is best for this setting. Should it be completely off or ?. After I formated last time, I didnt mess with the setting(except changing typical role to network server).
What setting is best for this? Bear in mind I play games about 95% of the time if that is relevant.

What I usually do is set every read ahead setting as high and fast as possible, unless it creates some kind of problem, which it most of the time doesn't do.
