All sorts of WinXP problems.

Weee.
Ok, heres the list:
1.) Wheres this "Built in Firewall" in XP Pro at?
2.) Why, oh, why, is my master drive letter F, and my slave letter C? Is there anyway to change this? Current
Order is:
Primary Master: F
Primary Slave C:
Secondary Master: D
Secondary Slave: E
I want to change it to this order:
Primary Master: C
Primary Slave: D
Secondary Master: E
Secondary Slave: F
3.) ALl the folders I've never opened before come up with the tiles, and its REALLY annoying, how do i set the default for the icons in new windows?
4.) The whole My Documents before My computer thing is really bugging me, isn't there a way to make My Computer go before My Documents on the desktop, when auto aranging?
5.) Anything else I should disable?

Also, how do I un-install IE6.x? I HATE IE6, so I tried add/remove, but even after its uninstslled, when I try to open the IE 5.5 setup file, it says its detected a newer version and can not proceed.

Dunno about the other things, but you can download Power Toys for XP (Tweak UI) off of the microsoft website to change this and a lot of other things.

You cant uninstall Internet Explorer.

I've used XP before, for a few hours, and I don't remember it beeing this hideous.

I dunno if it'll cause problems with installed programs, but if you go into the computer managment applet (in the admin tools thing) and select drive management you can change drive letters around there.

Yeah, I already know how to do that. The problem is, I don't know how to change the letter of the boot/system drive.

I've gotten this pretty much figured out, exept on how to change the letter of the system/boot drive. Anyone know how?

You can't change the drive letter of the drive Windows is running on. If you're using win xp pro, go to admin tools, computer management, then disk management. Trust me, it wont let you if Windows is already on something other than "C:". As for the firewall, it's on by default. Just to you your LAN properties and look around. I think it's in advanced.
