are this two important for my computer??i know that sa websites needs the shockwave and flash..but i got a cd here..i just need suggestion if i should install it..

Those two items let you view pages in flash, play flash games, and watch flash movies.
Its not spyware or anything, so there isn't really any harm in installing it.

Basically, all it will do is improve your web-browsing experience.  Oh, and you won't get those annoying error messages that say "This page needs *plugin* to be viewed."

Flash+IE=pretty things dancing on your screen.
Go for the Flash. Makes viewing websites that much better. And as Darky said, there be no spyware.
