We at Open Tech Support are no different than you are. We are all volunteers who know computers, either through our professions or our experience. Some of us work directly in the computer industry, while the rest are normal people like you - who experienced computer problems, found a way to solve them, and are now sharing their experience to anyone who encounters the same problems.

We will by no means claim we are experts or gurus in the computer field. While some of us are seasoned veterans or hold a degree or three in various technological fields, we don't claim to know everything. But experience is the best teacher, and we rely on our experience and awareness to offer suggestions, recommendations and feasible solutions to solve your computer problems.

Not all of us are here to merely post solutions to computer problems. We are also here to engage in friendly banter, tech or nontech-related. Most of us have known each other for a long time and have developed close camaraderie, thus helping the OTS community grow for the past three years. We sometimes have overly passionate and animated discussions, but the community as a whole has endured, and we continue to be here, standing by, to try and help you out, discuss interesting things with you, and most of all, just have fun.
